A New Beginning
In 1997, my family immigrated to the United States in pursuit of the American dream. Adjusting to a new language, culture, and identity came early, and adaptation became second nature.
Those formative years taught me resilience, connection, and the ability to find opportunity in unfamiliar environments.

2011
In 2011, I enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving as an 88M Truck Driver during an active period of conflict.
Operating under constant risk reinforced the importance of precision, accountability, and trust. The Army taught me how details save lives—and how leadership means responsibility to others.
2012
Service, Teamwork, and Unity
In 2012, I transitioned to the U.S. Air National Guard, aligning with a path I had long prepared for through Air Force JROTC.
These years reinforced the power of teamwork, coordination, and shared mission—lessons that continue to shape how I lead and collaborate today.

2018
In 2018, I founded LJV Development with a clear belief: construction should create opportunity, not just structures.
Built on faith, discipline, and vision, LJV began as a leap of conviction—one rooted in purpose, not comfort.
2020-2025
Resilience Through Uncertainty
Leaving the security of a traditional career before the pandemic meant navigating uncertainty without a safety net. Challenges mounted, and growth was not immediate.
By early 2020, the pressure was real—but so was the commitment. We stayed the course, refined our approach, and refused to compromise our values.
2023
Momentum and Meaning
By the end of 2023, LJV surpassed its revenue goals and secured contracts with federal agencies and respected institutions, including Wellesley College and Harvard Business School.
More importantly, we proved that integrity, collaboration, and accountability build lasting success.
